Riotheads are essentially miniature nuclear warheads. With their name meant to reflect the smaller scale. In combat, they are used to both irradiate supplies and destroy enemy cover or vehicles. They are built like the standard pineapple grenade, except slightly longer and bulkier, and with a neon green color.
